Ethiopia, like many Sub-Saharan African countries, is experiencing a significant burden of cancer. An increasing number of Ethiopians are afflicted with cancer. Accurate estimates of national prevalence and incidence data are hard to come by as there are no current systems to systematically document, aggregate, and report cancer related data.
